Most likely causes
- Some users report SMB and local-network sources behaving differently after updating to 5.3.3
- A very large playlist can stall on "Processing" before it finishes parsing
- A stale cached playlist from the previous version is only half-loaded
- The device dropped the network part-way through the import
Fixes, in the order to try them
Load the playlist by Xtream Codes instead of SMB. In TiviMate go to Settings, Playlists, Add playlist, Enter URL, and use the Xtream server address, username and password from your WhatsApp message. Xtream is the most reliable source in 5.3.3 and skips SMB entirely.
If you were given an M3U link, add it the same way (Add playlist, Enter URL, paste the M3U). It carries the same account in a format 5.3.3 handles cleanly.
Clear the cache and reload: Settings, Playlists, select the playlist, Reload; or remove it and add it again. On Firestick or Android TV you can also clear the app cache from the system Apps screen without losing your login.
If you must keep an SMB source, retype the full path by hand (smb://host/share/file.m3u) with the username and password, and confirm the device and the SMB server are on the same network and subnet.
Give a large list time on the first import: a 20,000-plus channel playlist can sit on "Processing" for a minute or two on a stick. If it never finishes, switch to the Xtream login rather than waiting.

TiviMate 5.3.3 SMB / stuck on processing FAQ
Why is my TiviMate playlist stuck on processing?
The list is usually still downloading or the source is slow to respond. Reload it, or re-add it as an Xtream Codes login, which is the quickest source for TiviMate to parse in 5.3.3.
Did TiviMate 5.3.3 remove SMB support?
Not officially. Some users report SMB and local-network sources behaving differently after 5.3.3. The reliable workaround is to load the playlist by Xtream Codes or M3U URL instead of an SMB path.
How do I add an Xtream playlist in TiviMate?
Settings, Playlists, Add playlist, Enter URL, then type the Xtream server address, username and password we send on WhatsApp. TiviMate builds the channels and guide from there on its own.
Does clearing the cache delete my TiviMate playlist?
No. Reloading or clearing the cache keeps your added playlist and login. It only forces a fresh download of the channel list and guide.
