Which Channels Are Genuinely Ultra HD, and Which Are Not
How to tell a real Ultra HD feed from an upscaled one, what your line and hardware have to manage, and why the 4K copy stutters on evenings when the HD copy is perfectly happy.
Plenty of providers attach a 4K badge to whatever they were already transmitting. The only distinction that matters is whether the broadcaster shot and delivered the event in 4K in the first place, because upscaling manufactures pixels without manufacturing detail — it will not show you a blade of grass that was never captured. Below is where the genuine Ultra HD feeds sit, and where you are looking at an upscale wearing a label.
Where the real Ultra HD feeds actually are
Sports: NFL on FOX and CBS 4K, NBA and NHL national games, Premier League on Sky Sports and TNT Sports UHD, Champions League, Formula 1, golf majors and tennis grand slams.
PPV: UFC, boxing and WWE premium events in 4K on fight night.
Movies and documentaries: 4K movie channels, nature and travel channels and a 4K section in the VOD library.

Term length is the only thing that changes. Every plan carries the identical 25,000+ channels, the same 120,000+ on-demand titles and the same support desk. Nothing renews itself and nothing is locked in — tell us within 7 days and we refund you. Shown in USD.
4K versus HD versus SD on IPTV
Ultra HD earns its bandwidth on a 55-inch panel or larger, watching sport or film. On a phone, a tablet or a small set, HD is visually indistinguishable and costs a quarter of the data — there is no prize for streaming 4K to a screen that cannot resolve it. We list the 4K, HD and SD copies of each main channel next to one another so the choice is yours per channel rather than baked into the plan. If you are unsure which your setup can sustain, ask the desk and we will tell you straight.

Live television carried at 3840 by 2160 — four times the pixel count of 1080p — over an ordinary broadband line. Resolution is only half the story though. Bitrate matters at least as much, which is why a generously carried 4K feed looks markedly better than a squeezed one at the same nominal resolution.
What internet speed do I need for 4K IPTV?
A dependable 25 Mbps will carry one 4K stream; 50 Mbps is comfortable and leaves the rest of the household alone. Steadiness beats the headline number every time, and putting the device on a cable removes the single most common cause of 4K stuttering outright.
Which device is best for 4K IPTV?
Fire TV Stick 4K Max, Nvidia Shield, Formuler Z11 Pro Max, Apple TV 4K, or any Samsung, LG or Sony 4K set from 2019 onward. Older Firesticks and cheap Android boxes cap out at 1080p no matter what the stream is carrying — worth checking before you blame the feed.
Does 4K cost extra on Stryvix4K?
It does not. Every plan, one month through twelve, carries the 4K feeds. There is no premium tier and no upgrade fee anywhere. Term length changes what you pay per month and how many screens run at once; that is the entire list of differences.
Is 8K IPTV available?
Not in any honest sense, and we would rather tell you that than sell it. Almost nothing is produced in 8K, so anyone advertising thousands of 8K channels is upscaling and relabelling. A well-fed 4K stream is the better target and it is what we actually run.
Why does my 4K stream buffer while HD is fine?
The 4K copy needs three to four times the bandwidth, so it is always the first thing to break when something is marginal. Switch the player to hardware decoding, get the device onto Ethernet if it is on Wi-Fi, and keep the HD copy handy for peak hours. If none of that settles it, message us — sometimes it is our end and we would rather know.
