Most likely causes
- The portal URL was entered with a wrong character, missing http:// or the wrong ending
- The box MAC has not been activated on the server yet
- The box is on old firmware that mishandles the portal
- A network or DNS issue so the box cannot reach the portal
- A cached portal left over from a previous provider
Fixes, in the order to try them
Re-enter the portal URL by hand, exactly as we sent it on WhatsApp: Settings, System settings, Servers, Portals, and type the full address with http:// and no stray spaces or trailing slash.
Send us the box MAC (Settings, System settings, Device, or the label under the box; it starts 00:1A:79 on a MAG). We activate that MAC against your account, and until it is on, the portal returns an error.
Reboot the portal after saving: restart the box, or Settings, System settings, Restart Portal, so it reloads cleanly.
Check the box reaches the internet by opening the browser or another app. If nothing loads, fix the network first and wire it by Ethernet where you can.
On a Formuler, confirm you are in the right app (MyTVOnline) and that its portal points to our address, not a leftover one from a previous seller.
If the box is very old, a firmware update from Infomir (MAG) or Formuler official sources can fix a portal it could not previously parse. Only use the maker official image.

Why does my MAG box say portal not found?
The portal URL is wrong, or the box MAC is not activated yet. Re-type the portal address exactly and send us the MAC so we can switch it on.
Where do I find my MAG MAC address?
On the label underneath the box, or in Settings, System settings, Device. It starts with 00:1A:79 followed by more characters. Send it to us on WhatsApp to activate the portal.
How do I set the portal on a Formuler box?
Open the MyTVOnline app, go to its settings and set the portal URL to the address we send you. A Formuler uses the app portal rather than a system portal like a MAG.
Does a portal error mean my subscription expired?
Not usually. It is almost always the URL or an un-activated MAC. If both are correct and it still errors, message the desk and we will confirm the line is active.
